The staff here were top-notch and provided exceptional service, the location is peaceful with shopping malls and a market close by.

Central location was a plus. The staff was very good, always with a smile on face. The room was extremely spacious and elegant here with the bedroom and a TV, for instance.

Particularly good and very convenience location by the Sage restaurant, and 15 minute walk from Water Wall. Also - really close to restaurants, the largest mall and the Galleria and the adjacent shopping centre. Comfortable room, excellent bathroom. Room was noisy, with main water pipes to roof running through air con duct. Rushing water sounds when tank needed filling. Staff in reception and restaurant were not helpful. Staff need to be trained in customer service, and hotel needs some care and upgrading.
